The facility features five dock-high loading doors, two grade-level doors, approximately 20-foot clear height, and 18-foot roll-up doors, providing strong loading and material-handling capabilities for a variety of inventory and equipment. The property also offers gated access, a security system, video surveillance, water and drain access, and overnight parking.

A broad range of products and industries can be accommodated, including apparel, consumer products, electronics, industrial materials, machinery, pharmaceuticals, automotive-related inventory, and other approved commercial goods. Tenant labor is permitted, and businesses may perform general warehouse work as well as certain metalworking and woodworking activities onsite. Forklift loading and unloading assistance is available through facility personnel for an additional fee; tenants are not permitted to operate the facility's forklifts directly. Office space can also be available for an additional fee and can be discussed based on the tenant's needs.

The facility is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with a flexible two-month minimum term. Longer-term opportunities are also welcome.
