WEx Buyer Terms

By creating an account on Warehouse Exchange, you agree to: (1) only contact suppliers and tour spaces through the platform; (2) not negotiate or transact for any space discovered through WEx outside the platform for 24 months; (3) provide accurate information about your space needs; (4) pay all fees through WEx clearing for any space you book through the platform. WEx may update these terms; continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.

Plain-Language Summary

• Use the platform. All tour requests, negotiations, and transactions for spaces you find through WEx happen on WEx. This is what lets us hold rates, keep your contact info private until you tour, and stand behind the deal.
• No going around WEx for 24 months. If you discover a property through WEx, you agree not to transact for it off-platform for 24 months. This protects both you (no broker bait-and-switch) and our supplier network.
• Be honest about what you need. The space estimates, start dates, and use cases you give us drive the matching engine. Bad inputs waste suppliers’ time and degrade results for everyone.
• Pay through WEx clearing. Fees and rent for spaces booked through the platform settle via WEx. This is how disputes get handled and how suppliers get paid on time.

Updates

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the revised version here and notify active accounts. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
