This space and rate are held for 72 hours. Your rate is locked. Payment goes through WEx. WEx handles disputes. Your contact info stays private until tour confirmed.

Plain-Language Summary

• 72-hour hold. Once you accept this guarantee, the space and the rate quoted to you are held for 72 hours so you can tour and decide without losing the deal to another buyer.
• Rate lock. The per-square-foot rate you saw at the time of acceptance is the rate you sign at — it doesn’t move between guarantee and lease.
• Payment through WEx. Rent and fees settle through WEx clearing. This is what lets us stand behind disputes and pay suppliers on time.
• Disputes handled by WEx. If something goes wrong with the space or the supplier after you sign, you escalate to WEx and we resolve it — you’re not on your own with the landlord.
• Contact privacy until tour. Your name, email, and phone are not shared with the supplier until the tour is confirmed. This avoids cold outreach pressure before you’ve seen the space.

Updates

We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the revised version here and notify active accounts. Continued use of the platform after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
